Internship Program

Ascento Capital has had a successful internship program for many years with university and MBA students assisting part time. Interns are given valuable exposure to the transaction process, assist with research, pitch books, and attend client meetings. Interns are trained in the latest research and valuation techniques. Ascento Capital interns have gone on to Wall Street at such firms as Lazard, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs.

Ascento Capital seeks industry experts for our referral program. Ascento Capital helps technology companies with M&A and capital raises. The deal size sweet spot is $20 million to $200 million. The industry expert who introduces a deal to Ascento Capital receives 20% of the success fee. We look for industry experts who are enthusiastic about technology and have senior level connections they seek to monetize.
